Self-worth is not something you build. It is something you stop dismantling. The problem is not a deficit in confidence — it is a belief, usually acquired early and rarely examined, that your value is conditional.
The Self-Worth Journal is a 48-page inquiry into that belief: where it came from, how it operates in your daily life, what it costs you, and how to relate to yourself without the constant evaluation.
Inquiry before intervention
Most self-worth material moves too quickly to solutions. This workbook does not. The first two sections are entirely diagnostic: what is the actual belief, when does it activate, what triggers the self-evaluation cycle? Only once you can see the pattern clearly does the workbook move into work that shifts it.
Grounded, not self-help
You will not find affirmations here. You will find questions that require real answers, exercises that require honesty, and space for the parts that are more complicated than affirmations allow.
48 pages. Work through one section per week over a month, or take a full day when you are ready. The workbook meets you where you are.
