InSightYou is an online platform for inner transformation — offering guided courses, practical tools and community. We are based in the Netherlands. Our website is https://insightyou.org.

What data we collect and why
Waitlist registrations
When you reserve your place on our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it solely to notify you when InSightYou opens. You can ask us to remove your email at any time. Legal basis: your consent.
Account and purchases
When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, billing address and payment details. Payment processing is handled by Mollie — we never store your card details directly. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Usage data
We collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time spent, traffic source) via Google Analytics. This helps us understand what is working and improve the experience. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
How long we keep your data
- Waitlist email — until we send the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove it.
- Account and order data — for as long as your account is active, and for 7 years thereafter as required by Dutch tax law.
- Analytics data — as configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months by default).
Your rights
Under the GDPR (in Dutch: AVG), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to how we use your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out

Cookies
We use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (such as session and login cookies set by WordPress). If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics sets additional cookies to measure usage. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
