Integration is where the ceremony happens. The session itself is the opening — what you do in the weeks afterward is what determines whether it changes anything.
This is not a generic journal. It was written specifically for the integration period that follows a psilocybin truffle experience, based on what participants in InSightYou ceremonies have found most useful and most difficult in the weeks after.
Four weeks, four phases
The Integration Journal is structured around four distinct phases, each taking approximately one week:
- Holding: The first week, when everything feels close and raw and extraordinary. The work here is to hold without grasping.
- Mapping: The second week — beginning to understand what actually happened, and what it might mean.
- Grounding: The third week, when the experience begins to feel further away and integration feels like work. This week needs the most support.
- Sustaining: The fourth week, and beyond — how to carry what was given into the ordinary shape of a life.
Designed for difficulty
Some experiences that arise in ceremony are beautiful and clear. Others are confusing, frightening or hard to hold. The Integration Journal makes space for all of it — without interpretation, without telling you what your experience meant.
