The Unbecoming Workbook is the most personal thing we have made. It asks questions that do not have comfortable answers. It makes space for what is actually true — not the version you have been presenting to yourself and the world.
It is designed for the person who has done some inner work and knows that the most important parts keep hiding. The prompts are specific rather than vague. They ask you to name things rather than generalize them. That specificity is where the actual work happens.
What this is for
Each chapter corresponds to a stage of the Unbecoming: A Self-Worth Journey course. The workbook takes what you explored in the course and asks you to bring it down to the level of your own specific history, relationships and patterns — the places where the conditioning actually lives.
A note on difficulty
Some pages in this workbook will feel confronting. That is intentional. Not in a way that asks you to push past what you can hold — but in a way that trusts you to stay present with what is real. If you need to set a page aside and return later, that is not failure. That is the practice working.
This workbook stands alone. You do not need to have taken the course to benefit from it — though the course will significantly deepen what the workbook opens.
