The Meditation Foundation Workbook is designed to deepen everything you encounter in the Meditation Foundation Programme. It does not replace the course — it extends it. Into the spaces between sessions. Into Tuesday mornings when the practice feels too far away. Into the moments when something shifted but you cannot yet find words for it.
How to use it
Each section corresponds to a week of the programme. You move through it as you move through the course — not all at once. Some pages will meet you exactly where you are. Others will feel too far ahead. Return to those later. The workbook is not linear in the way life is not linear.
What makes this different
