Meditation Foundation Programme
A complete eight-week journey from a scattered mind to genuine stillness. The most thorough introduction to meditation you will find — built so the practice becomes yours permanently.
There is a version of meditation most people never reach. Not because they lack discipline — but because they started without a map.
Most introductions to meditation focus on the technique: close your eyes, follow the breath, begin again when you notice you have drifted. That instruction is correct, as far as it goes. But it does not tell you what you are actually working with. It does not explain why the mind resists. It does not show you the territory you are crossing or what different kinds of stillness feel like from the inside.
The Meditation Foundation Programme is a complete eight-week journey designed to take you from a scattered, resistant mind to something genuinely stable. Not a performance of calm — actual stillness that holds.
The first two weeks are about the basics done properly. Posture, breath, the mechanics of attention. But also: understanding what the mind is doing when it wanders, and why returning to the breath is not a failure but the practice itself. Most people spend months meditating incorrectly because no one explained this clearly.
Weeks three and four introduce body-based awareness — working with sensation, learning to settle the nervous system before trying to quiet the mind. You cannot think your way into stillness. The body has to come with you.
Weeks five and six address the most common obstacles: restlessness, sleepiness, the thinking that masquerades as insight, the resistance that disguises itself as boredom. These are not signs that you are doing it wrong. They are the terrain. Knowing them changes how you work with them.
Weeks seven and eight are about depth. What happens when the technique falls away? What remains? These modules introduce awareness itself — not as a concept but as something directly accessible in practice. This is where the programme becomes genuinely interesting.
Each week includes guided audio sessions, written material and reflection prompts. The progression is deliberate: nothing is introduced before the foundation is ready for it.
This programme is for people who have tried meditation and found it hard to maintain, or who feel they are sitting regularly but nothing is really shifting. It is also for complete beginners who want to start properly rather than accumulate half-formed habits that take years to unlearn.
Eight weeks done carefully is worth more than two years of inconsistent practice. The programme gives you a foundation that belongs to you — not dependent on apps, not contingent on the right mood, not something that falls apart when life gets difficult.
